The applicants/accused in Crime No.84 of 2016, for the offence punishable under Section 354(a) (d), 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with police Station, Islampur, District: Sangli, by this application are praying for releasing them on bail. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned APP.

It is reported by the learned APP that now the investigation is over and chargesheet has already been filed, in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class. The trial will take it's own time and considering the nature offence alleged against the applicants, their pretrial detention is not warranted and therefore, following order. 1/2

I) The application is allowed.

II) The applicants/accused in above crime be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- by each of them and on furnishing sureties in the like amount by each of them.

III) The applicants shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts either to the Court or to any police officer. IV) They shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

V) They shall not repeat commission of similar offence in future.

VI) They shall co-operative the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.
