The Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking reliefs against the Respondent - Corporation to take action against Respondent No.4 - Hospital. It is the case of the Petitioner that Respondent No.4 is running the hospital without appropriate permissions in place and though action has been taken by the Respondent Corporation against Respondent No.4 - Hospital, it is not being taken to its logical conclusion.

The Petitioner cannot be said to be personally aggrieved and would have no locus to file the Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is not maintainable and is dismissed, leaving the remedy to the Petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation open.
