These revision applications are preferred challenging order passed by Sessions Court rejecting application for bail
Ethape 2 39-REVN-323-2022.doc under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

Pursuant to that the non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant in all these applications. 3.
Learned advocate for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these applications with liberty to prefer appropriate remedy available in law. However, it is submitted that the non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant may be stayed for stipulated period. 4.
In view of submission, the applications are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to resort to appropriate remedy. Non-bailable warrant issued against petitioners on 17.03.2022 is stayed for a period of four weeks from today. 5.
Revision applications are stand disposed of.
