Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 state that the main dispute between the husband and wife i.e. Atuldutt Sharma and Binti Sharma of whom the petitioner and the respondent No.1 are relatives have amicably settled their dispute, by filing the Consent Terms in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No. A - 3093 of 2017. Learned Counsel have tendered a xerox copy of the said Consent Terms entered into between Atuldutt Sharma and Binti Sharma. 1/3
The said Consent Terms (xerox copy) is taken on record. It appears that there are several cases arising out of the said dispute between the husband and wife involving the relatives of both the husband and wife. 2.
In view of Clause - 15 of the said Consent Terms, the parties have jointly agreed to withdraw all cases filed against each other and/or by and against their relatives/family members/employees/friends related to the proceedings between the husband and wife. To the said Consent Terms, there is Annexure - I, which set outs the summary of pending cases between the parties. By way of the said Consent Terms, both the parties have agreed to take appropriate steps to ensure withdrawal of all the said cases as enlisted in Annexure - I, which is part of the Consent Terms, within three weeks from the date of signing of the Consent Terms. 3.
Learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the respondent No.1 will abide by the Consent Terms and will withdraw the cases before the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 5.
Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
