By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to stay the further proceedings of the judgment and decree dated 31st January 2018 passed by the Family Court No.4, Pune in Petition No.A-247 of 2016.

It is to be noted that in the present proceedings, Applicant himself filed Petition for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 22 of the Special Marriage Act 1954, which stand dismissed by the impugned judgment dated 31st January 2018. Therefore, there is no mms

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Application. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.

Civil Application No.167 of 2018 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.
