The learned APP on instructions states that the look-out notice shall be withdrawn on account of Anticipatory Bail having been granted by the Sessions Court on 16.04.2019. She states that the petitioner should cooperate with the investigation as charge-sheet is shortly to be filed. The statement of the learned APP is accepted. In view of the statement, the Criminal Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. 3.
