Registry numbered the petition subject to office objections. By the order dated 4th September 2013, this Court stipulated that failing to remove office objections within a given timeframe, the petition should stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. As learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner did not remove office objections despite directions, in terms of the self-operative order, petition stood dismissed. 2.

By the present application, the Petitioner is seeking restoration of petition. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within three weeks from today. patilsr 1 / 2

In view of this undertaking, we deem it fit to restore the petition to the file.

There is delay of 205 days in taking out this application. We find that sufficient explanation is given for the delay. Delay, therefore, deserves to be condoned.
