1] This is an application for stay to the execution of the decree passed by the trial Court on 18th August, 2016. 2] Learned counsel for the Appellant makes a statement at bar that the Appellant will be depositing the entire amount as awarded by the trial Court with interest thereon upto 10th October, 2018. 3] In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the award till decision of the appeal, subject to condition of the Appellant's depositing the entire compensation amount within stipulated time. 4] In case of failure of the Appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court.

5] The Civil Application stands disposed off.
