The learned AGP submits that no objection has been granted to the Petitioner for establishment of Ayurvedic College with intake capacity of 60.

Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel submits that applicant has applied for intake capacity of 100. The Petitioner may take appropriate 1/2

69-WP-7208-2022.doc steps in that regard. The Maharashtra University of Health Science shall now take steps immediately pursuant to the no objection certificate of the Government. The Respondent No.2 shall also process the proposal of the Petitioner for academic year 2022-2023 as may be permissible under the law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
