Heard these matters for some time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions, that both these matters could be disposed of as the petitioner intends to make a fresh application for seeking an appropriate licence for transportation and distribution of sulphur. It is further stated that the petitioner would follow the due procedure of law and make an application to the appropriate authority.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the event such an application is made, the competent authority would consider the application on its own merits.

In the light of the above, both these petitions are disposed of, since the petitioner desires to make an application as recorded above. If such an application is made, the appropriate authorities would decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with the rules applicable.
