Respondents.

Mr. Siddheshwar N. Biradar, for the Petitioner. Mr. N.K. Rajpurohit, AGP, for the Respondent-State. CORAM : NITIN JAMDAR AND AMIT B. BORKAR, JJ.

DATE :

4 JANUARY 2022.

(Through Video Conferencing) P.C. :

This Contempt Petition is filed for making a grievance that the Respondents have breached the order passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 1595 of 2014 on 19 September 2016. 2.

This Writ Petition was filed by the Petitioner contending that its proposal submitted in the year 2010 was not being decided. The Digitally signed by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

2022.01.05 15:41:17 +0530 Division Bench disposed of the Writ Petition directing the State ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Government to decide the proposal afresh within a period of four months.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has informed us that thereafter the Petitioners themselves have submitted two revised proposals, last being of December 2021. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that it is the December 2021 proposal which is a final proposal which needs to be decided by the State Government. If that be the position, action cannot be taken in contempt jurisdiction as thePetitioner itself has submitted the proposal in December 2021. Be that as it may, since a proposal is now submitted in December 2021 we expect the same to be decided as early as possible. 4.

With these observations, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. (AMIT B. BORKAR, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
