This application was filed when the applicant' s anticipatory bail application was still pending before the court of sessions at Mumbai. This application was filed when the interim relief was refused to the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant now informed that the anticipatory bail application is finally decided by the court of sessions at Mumbai. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant shall annex copy of the order of rejection of his anticipatory bail application by the sessions court.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application annexing all the relevant orders and documents.
