Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that parties have amicably settled the dispute and they are filing consent terms before the Family Court, Pune. He, therefore on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Family Court Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn, reserving the right of the parties to file consent terms in the Family Court, Pune. Family Court Appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
