The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.1 is in custody for a period of 8 months, whereas the applicant No.2 for a period of 11 months. He submits that the maximum sentence of imprisonment is of three years and considering the period undergone, the Revision application itself can be disposed of expeditiously. He seeks to withdraw the application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
