The contention of the Petitioner that, it is the case of double jeopardy and therefore his application under Section 300 of Criminal Procedure Code filed below Exh.33 in Sessions Case No. 246 of 2016 has been rejected by the Trial Court by its Speaking Order dated 17th August 2022. 2.

According to us, the present Petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed in limine.
