By an order dated 9th September, 2015, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the applicants was pleased to grant ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). None appeared for the contesting respondents. No affidavit in reply has been filed by the 1/2

48-cas1412-15 respondents. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and have perused the civil application. The applicants have made out a case for confirmation of the ad-interim order dated 9th September, 2015.
