Heard learned Advocate Shri Vagal for the Applicant and learned APP Shri Dedhia for the Respondent-State. 2.

The deceased is one Vijay Saroj, whereas accused is one Suraj Saroj. Whereas F.I.R. is filed by Shailendra Saroj. There is relation of employer and employee. The incident took place just because the Applicant demanded the amount for the work done from the deceased. The deceased was assaulted with the help of iron pipe. When the post-mortem report is perused, there are multiple injuries. After considering all these facts, I am not inclined to grant a bail. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to Seema 1/2

27. BA 2376 of 2021.doc withdraw this bail application with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. Hence the following Order is passed :- (i) Bail application is disposed of as withdrawn. (ii) The District and Sessions Judge, Thane is directed to complete the trial within a period of one year from date of receipt of this order.

(iii) If it is not finished, he is at liberty to pray for bail before the Sessions Court only.

(iv) Copy of this order be send to the concerned Court. Even the Applicant may produce copy of this order downloaded from the website before the concerned court.
