Both the counsel submitted that this matter can be disposed of in view of the earlier order passed in Shriram B. Patil Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.(WP No. 2719 of 2014) dated 12 September 2014, and now the Government Resolution dated 23 June 2015. Therefore, we are disposing of this Writ Petition with direction to Respondent No.3 to consider the Petitioner's pension case in 1/2

Writ Petition is disposed.
