This is an Application for speaking to minutes of the order dated 21/8/2013 on behalf of the Respondent. The Respondents are seeking corrections in regard to the House Number referred as House No.7270(A) in line No.4 in paragraph No.5 and line No.4 in paragraph No.7 of the order dated 21/8/2013 passed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondent states that there is an inadvertent error in recording the House number as House No.7270(A) at both the above places in the said order, and the correct number ought to be House No.7270(3).

The order dated 21/8/2013 be accordingly corrected and

rsk 2/2 reference to House No. 7270(A) in line No.4 in paragraph No.5 and line No.4 in paragraph No.7 be deleted and the same be substituted by House No.7270 (3). The corrections be carried out in the original order and copy of the corrected order be made available to the parties. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
