The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of Civil Application No.2994 of 2014 which has stood dismissed for nonprosecution on account of the non-deposit of the decretal amount in the MACT, Pune. For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the Civil Application No.2994 of 2014 is restored to file. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 2.
On restoration of the said Civil Application No.2994 of 2014, the Appellant i.e. the New India Assurance Co. Ltd. is granted four weeks time to deposit the decretal amount in the MACT, Pune. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
