By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide Order dated 28.12.2018.

It is informed that the verification of the sureties is done and the same is forwarded to the Sessions Court.

Considering the aforesaid, time to furnish sureties is extended by a period of four weeks from today as directed by this Court vide Order dated 28.12.2018.
