1] Learned counsel for the appellant seeks stay to the execution of the money decree which is passed exparte and also undertakes to deposit the entire decreetal amount within a period of six weeks.

2] Accordingly stay is granted to the execution of the decree subject to depositing of entire decreetal amount, within six weeks, in the trial Court, failing which stay to stand automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.

3] Application is disposed off .
