Learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents states that in addition to the five names mentioned in the letter dated 13th April, 2018, there is one more legal heir of the respondent no.1 i.e. Mrs.Mandakini Namdeo Parab, Residing, At and Post - Sarambal, Ghanpewadi, Taluka Kudal, District Sindhudurg. The statement is accepted. He has no objection if all the legal heirs are brought on record in place of the original respondent no.1. The statement is accepted.

The applicants shall carry out amendment within two 1/2

A copy of the amended writ petition shall be served upon the learned advocate representing the newly added parties and shall also serve a copy of the amended writ petition on the other respondents through heir respective advocate within one week from the date of carrying out the amendment. 3.

The civil application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
