The learned APP informs this Court that already chargesheet has been filed in the year 2010.

The learned counsels appearing for the Applicant and contesting Respondent submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. It appears that the dispute is between the informant and accused. There are two accused in the commission of crime. In that view of the matter, we find it difficult to accept the prayer of the parties for quashing Mugdha Page 1 of 2

17-APL 485-20.doc of the FIR on the settlement. We, therefore, reject the prayer of the Applicant for quashing of the FIR on the basis of settlement. 3.

The Application is accordingly disposed off.
