None appears for the Appellant. Mr. Khushnood Aktar, learned Counsel instructed by Mr. Saeed Akhtar, the original Advocate for the Appellant, informs the Court that the papers along with the No Objection Certificate have been returned by Mr. Saeed Akhtar, Advocate sometime in the month of November 2012. The interim relief was originally granted by this Court on 1 October 2012 upto 29 October 2012, after issuing notice to the Respondent returnable on that date. Thereafter the matter last appeared on board on 31 March 2017, when none appeared for the Appellant. The matter was stood over as a last chance. Even today, none appears for the Appellant. Learned Advocate Mr. Saeed Akhtar is discharged and permitted to withdraw his appearance.
