The order dated 15.06.2015 under which the final list of voters is published by the Returning Officer i.e. Respondent No.3 herein for the elections to the Narali Agripada Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The election programme is at the stage where only the voting remains to be done which is to take place on 19.07.2015 in terms of the election programme published on 03.06.2015. In my view, having regard to the stage at which the election programme is at present, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioners to adopt appropriate remedy after the elections are over, if the occasion so arises. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
