2] Civil applications are seeking restoration of family court appeal nos. 82 of 2014 and 83 of 2014 which suffered dismissal for want of 1/2

3] In the circumstances both the civil applications are allowed and family court appeal nos. 82 of 2014 and 83 of 2014 are ordered to be restored to their original position.
