The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend the cause title of the Writ Petition (St.) No. 15856 of 2017 so as to delete the names of the Petitioner Nos. 17, 18, 19, 20, 22 and

23. The prayer is accepted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.

As regard the other Petitioners, both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of "Kiran Nikam and Others vs. State of Maharashtra and Vishal Parekar 1/2

525 @ 523-wp-6629-2017.doc Others" in Writ Petition No. 5733 of 2017 and other connected matters decided on dated 12 th June, 2017.

The direction contained in the said order shall apply to these Petitions also. 3.

The time limit to decide the matter by the Secretary, PWD (Road) Department is extended up to 15th July, 2017 in regard to the present Petitions.

The Petitioners whose names have been deleted are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
