This the second bail application preferred by the same Applicant. Earlier his Criminal Bail Application No.32 of 2021 was allowed to be withdrawn after arguments vide order dated 04/01/2022. Even today after arguments, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application as well. However, he requests that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial in Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:
