The applicants (petitioners in PIL No. 45 of 2015 at Aurangabad Bench) have moved this application for transfer of the above numbered PIL to the Principal Seat at Bombay and for a direction to club the same with Writ Petition (L) No. 777 of 2015 and other connected matters.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Thadani, learned A.G.P. for the respondents, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Accordingly PIL No. 45 of 2015 filed and pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court ABS

MCA 151-2015 shall be transferred to the Principal Seat at Bombay and the same shall be heard along with Writ Petition (L) No. 777 of 2015 and other cognate petitions by the Bench hearing Writ Petition (L) No. 777 of 2015.
