By the present Petition, the Petitioner had prayed for his release on furlough leave.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that, by an Order dated 20th October 2021 the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Central Prison, Aurangabad had granted permission to the Petitioner to be released on furlough leave on certain conditions including the condition to furnish sureties. As the Petitioner could not comply with the condition of furnishing surety, he was not released on furlough leave.

In view of the aforenoted fact that, the Petitioner did not submit surety for his release on furlough leave, no interference is called for at this belated stage. The Petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh application for furlough leave as per the Rules and Regulations prescribed in that behalf. 4.

In view thereof, present Petition is disposed off. 5.
