Heard Mr. Aniketh Poojari, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

This matter is moved by way of a praecipe dated 14.6.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that the controversy between the parties is settled. Mr. Poojari states that Mr.Pradeep Savio D'Souza, the Finance Manager of the petitioner is present in the Court today. By resolution dated 18.6.2019, the Board of Trustees of the petitioner has authorized Mr.Pradeep Savio D'Souza. Mr. Poojari has tendered photo-copies of Aadhaar card of Mr.Pradeep Savio D'Souza as also the resolution dated 18.6.2019, which are taken on record and marked 'X collectively' for identification.
