No. I-340/2016 registered at Kharghar Police Station, District Mumbai for the offences punishable under Section 364 A, 364, 385, 392 etc. read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his furnishing PB of Rs.30,000/- with one or more solvent sureties. The Applicant is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He has not to commit similar offence. He has not to enter the area under the jurisdiction of Kharghar Police Station wherein informant is leaving. Leave to amend is granted to make the District as Raighadh District.
