The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for some time on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court seeks withdrawal of the Chamber Summons No.2153 of 2014 in which the impugned order came to be passed with liberty to produce the documents which are part of the averments made in the schedule to the Chamber Summons as and by way of evidence. The Chamber Summons is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In view of withdrawal of the Chamber Summons, the impugned order need not be considered on merits and to accordingly stand set aside. The Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
