After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to make a representation in respect of the reliefs as prayed for in prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b). This Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate writ, order or direction to Respondents not to allot land in the benefited zone of the Chaskaman Dam to other project affected person as per Government Resolution dated 14/06/2022."

Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions in regard to prayer clause (b) are expressly kept open.
