DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP state that during the course of investigation, a CCTV footage has been recovered from the cameras fitted on the road towards the agricultural field. Let the learned APP ascertain the same.

On 23/6/2022, it was directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant. However, in the wake of the material brought on record, I deem it appropriate to pass the following ad-interim order :- Tilak

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Mangesh Bharat Patil in connection with C.R.No.102/2022 registered with Nizampura Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Police Station on 13/7/2022 and 14/7/2022 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 p.m and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
