We have perused the Report dated 16th December, 2022, duly signed by the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. It is stated in the said Report that, the concerned Authority is satisfied with the 2/3

BGA 22-Wp-2389-2018.odt investigation carried out by the Investigating Officer. That, the investigation has now been completed and the final report/charge-sheet has been filed. The said Report is taken on record and the same is accepted. 2.

In view of the submission of Report by the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.

In view of the disposal of Petition, Interim Application Nos.2304 of 2021, 3922 of 2022, 2846 of 2022, 1278 of 2022, 2607 of 2022, 680 of 2022, 502 of 2022 and Criminal Application No.301 of 2018 do not survive and are also disposed off.
