The Petitioner claims that it is an Educational Institution, having its Registration No. F-1844 / Satara According to the Petitioner on account of disputes in between the teachers and the Management, an Administrator was appointed by the first Respondent for the school in the year 2009. It is the case of the Petitioner that since 2013 there is no Administrator and the teachers of the school are running the school, and that the Headmaster of the School is not allowing the Petitioner to run the school.

19.wp.5651.2015.doc Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP, without commenting on the merits of the matter, we direct the Director of the Education/ Respondent No.1 to look into the Petitioner's grievances and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's prayer for allowing it to run the school, after giving due opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner, the teaching staff of the school and all other, if any. Such a decision be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The Petitioner to submit a copy of this order along with its fresh representation to the first Respondent/Director of Education. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. (M. S.
