The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 173 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reason why the delay has occasioned is mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 8 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reason is that the Applicant was prosecuting a Second Appeal in this Court and hence the delay of 173 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application has occasioned. The learned counsel appearing appearing for the Respondent Shri Sachin Khandagale states that he has no objection and submits to the orders of the Court.
