We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank that the Respondent Bank shall not take any coercive steps for a period of three weeks from today. We also record the statement of the Respondent Bank that the amount paid by the orders of this Court shall be adjusted in the account of the Petitioner. Waghmare 1/2
