Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy before the DRAT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to file Appeal before the DRAT. If such Appeal is filed, the DRAT would hear and dispose of the Appeal expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of filing of the Appeal.
