The grievance of the Petitioner is that though there is order in his favour passed on 19th May, 2016 by the Minister, State Excise permitting shifting/renewal of the Petitioner's liquor shop from the District Kolhapur to Pune ,the Collector, Pune has not taken any decision on the basis of said permission dated 19th May, 2016 (Exhibit C).

Having considered the aforesaid limited grievance, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement to get the premises shifted/renewal of Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-511-wp-6400-2017.doc licence from Kolhapur to Pune district, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Collector, Pune to look into the Petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision taking into consideration the order dated 19th May, 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petition stands disposed of.
