After the last hearing, Mr.Deshmukh appearing for the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

908-wp-11444-2015 administrator has taken instructions and he now informs the Court that the orders impugned in this petition, particularly apprehending termination of their services, stand withdrawn. 2.

As far as the other reliefs are concerned, according to Shri.Deshmukh the petitioners are in the service of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Administration, which is a Union Territory and under the control of the Ministry of Home, Government of India and therefore the petitioners sould approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.

We express no opinion as far as the latter part is concerned, but since the petitioners do not have any apprehension any longer of their services being terminated, we dispose of these petitions by keeping open the larger controversy for being raised in appropriate proceedings and before an appropriate forum. All contentions relating thereto are kept open.
