This Interim Application is moved for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.4 - Nanabhau Govind Gaidhani on record. 2.

For the reasons disclosed and the Application is filed within time, the same sands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.

However, it is informed that respondent no.4A - Anusuya Nanabhau Gaidhani, has expired and her legal heirs are already on record in the form of respondent nos.4B to 4D. 4.
