Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition 4(a) imposed while enlarging him on bail in Crime No.I239 of 2018 registered with Shanti Nagar Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 324, 452, 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 11 to 1 p.m. till fling of the charge-sheet. This order was Shivgan 1/2

Applicant submits that he has regularly attended the police station as directed by this Court. Statement is accepted.
The learned APP seeks time to verify the statement.
Since the applicant has attended the police station for more than a year, condition is relaxed to the extent that he will attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Ofcer. To the extent aforesaid, application is allowed and the condition 4(a) is modifed accordingly.
