ORDER:

The Petition was disposed of on 4 October 2018. A praecipe dated 22 October 2018 has been filed for speaking to the minutes in the order dated 4 October 2018. The following corrections be carried out in the said order:

i) In paragraph 3 of the said order, in the second line, the words 'Regular Civil Suit Nos.107 and 108 of 2017' be substituted with the words 'Regular Civil Suit Nos.30 of 2018 and 108 of 2017'. ii) In paragraph 3, in the last line, the words 'dealing with' be substituted by the word 'enclosing'.
