The present application is filed by the State, seeking cancellation of bail in the wake of subsequent material which has surfaced on record against the applicant through the supplementary charge-sheet. Pai seek permission to withdraw the application with liberty to bring a fresh application for cancellation of bail before the trial court, if it is permissible in law and if this is a ground available for cancellation of bail. Application stand disposed off.

In the wake of the disposal of the application the pending IA is also disposed off.
