This is an application for cancellation of bail filed by the original complainant. Respondent No.1 is an accused in CR No.180/2015 registered with Varsova Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 354 and 354(A) of the I.P.C. The applicant, the first informant has lodged the report on 25.5.2015 for an incident which took place on 19.5.2014 at the residence of respondent No.1. A bare perusal of the first information report discloses that there is no explanation given for lodging the first information report belatedly. According to me the learned trial court has not committed any error either in law or on facts while passing the order dated 25.5.2015.
