DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- In continuation of the order dated 1/02/2022, and the order dated 20/06/2022, the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Mundargi state that a registered agreement is executed with the complainant, Smt. Mohini Navalkar in respect of Flat No. 502 in Prashant Nivas, Goregaon East, Mumbai.

In the wake of the above, the complainant who is present in the Court state that she has no grievance, against the applicant since the flat is made over to her. She also state that the building is habitated by other persons and she will be soon occupying the flat, since possession of it is handed over to her.

The applicant was admitted to protection by order dated 23/07/2021 on an assurance that the applicant shall take a definitive step in taking care of the grievance of the first informant and ensure that flat no. 502 is handed over to her free from all encumbrances.

In the wake of the registered agreement being executed in favour of the complainant, the order dated

In the view of the disposal of the bail application, Interim application also stands disposed off. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.)
