The above Criminal Applications were heard on 23-3-2018, when after arguing for sometime the Learned Counsel for the Applicants had sought time to take instructions as regards the withdrawal of the above Criminal Applications to pursue the statutory remedy before the Trial Court. Accordingly the Learned Counsel informs the Court that the Applicants may be permitted to withdraw the above Criminal Applications so as to pursue the remedy before the Trial Court. The above Criminal Applications are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
